116 | Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment Observation: Due to the lack of available space, it is very important that everything is kept organized. For the downstairs prep. kitchen, the floor must be painted as a minimum. Putting down some linoleum or tiling would be preferable as it is easier to keep clean and easier on the staff members who must stand on it. The handbasin must be caulked to the supporting wall. All bare wood must be removed. |
Comments:
A preparation kitchen was constructed approximately 2 years ago. Food Service is limited to premade 'grab and go' food products, including a few that require microwaving prior to consumption. A barbeque is located outside on the patio. Space is VERY limited in this facility.
