Observation: Unapproved sanitizers used for warewashing and sanitizing of food contact surfaces
Corrective Action: Do not use Comet as a sanitizer for dishes, do not use Fantastik to wipe down food contact surfaces. Instead, use an approved sanitizer such as liquid bleach or Quats as well as an approved food grade sanitizer for contact surfaces. If using wiping rags, store them in a sanitizer solution and change the solution regularly throughout the day. Approved sanitizers were procured at the time of inspection
110   Food Not Protected - General
Observation: Waffle Cone Mix stored on the floor, in the path of kitchen traffic with noticeable wear on the brown paper packaging
Corrective Action: Store waffle cone mix at least 6 inches off the floor and away from traffic to avoid wear on packages and potential contamination

Observation: Manager unaware of FoodSafe status of staff
Corrective Action: Ensure that staff are foodsafe trained so that, at a minimum, at all times during operation, at least one staff member on shift has FoodSafe Level 1. Provide the names of Staff that are Foodsafe trained for next inspection
