This inspection done to follow up on walk in cooler temperatures. At the time of this inspection the walk in cooler is below 4 Degree Celsius. As per information provided by the operator, the walk in cooler thermostat has been adjusted to the lower setting by the refrigeration mechanic.
Temperature logs are being maintained.
