Comments:

The following items were in compliance with the Regulations;
-Hand washing facilities available with hot/cold water, soap, paper towel.
-Foodsafe Certified person on site at time of inspection.
-All refrigeration temperatures met regulatory requirements.
-Thermometers noted in all coolers.
-Temperature logs are maintained regularly and were available for inspection.
-Quat sanitizing solution is changed every 2 hours and measured 200ppm.
-Dishwasher measured >71C during final rinse cycle.
-No issues were noted with food storage.
-All dried good are stored off the floor.
-Premises is clean and organized.
-No signs of pests were noted during today's inspection.
-Facility has a food safety plan and sanitation plan on file.
-Washrooms were clean and supplied with soap and paper towel.

The backflow prevention device next to the water filters does not have a tag indicating last testing date. These should be tested annually by a qualified person.
