Observation: There was debris on the floor and a hole in the floor by the display cooler.
Corrective Action: Ensure that the floor in the food preparation area is swept regularly during the day. The hole in the floor by the display cooler needs to be filled in.

Comments:

All Temperatures were within acceptable ranges. Some renovations have been made in the kitchen area. They are an improvement.
