Other items observed/discussed at the time of this inspection:
All the hand washing station are equipped with the soap and paper towel.
The dishwasher is sanitizing at the 82 Degree Celsius at the manifold.
The wiping clothes are being stored in the sanitizer solution. Please ensure that the sanitizer concentration is tested daily using the sanitizer test strips.
All the refrigeration and hot holding temperatures are meeting health requirements.
The temperature logs are being maintained.
This is the first inspection of this facility after the change in the ownership. The permission to operate this facility is granted provided that a food safety and sanitation plans are submitted by 10th June, 2010.
