This facility is well-managed, general sanitation was acceptable and there were no food safety concerns noted during the inspection.

General Observations:
1. All temperatures met regulatory requirements.
2. All food on display and in storage was protected from contamination.
3. There were no cross-contamination issues identified.
4. Temperature and cooking logs were up-to-date in accordance with the food safety plan.
5. Sanitation was acceptable.
6. Sanitizer bucket measured 200ppm quatz.
7. Dishwasher temperature was measured at 71.9C at the plate.
8. Hand washing stations were all equipped with liquid soap/paper towel.
9. There were no signs of pests during inspection.
10. Food handling was observed during inspection - no concerns noted.
