Observation: Some sealing of access points is required
Corrective Action: Seal the length of the floor-wall joint underneath the plate warmers so that there are no gaps that provide harborage sites for pests. Also, seal areas adjacent to the hot water tank, such as the gaps around piping as it enters the wall adjacent to the staff bathroom. Items to be completed by next routine inspection.
116   Repeat Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Observation: Flooring around hot water tank is worn and hard to clean.
Corrective Action: Refinish the flooring around the hot water tank. This item to be completed by next routine inspection.

Observation: Build up of grease along the floor-wall joint underneath fryers and underneath plate warmers.
Corrective Action: Conduct enhanced cleaning of these two areas using an appropriate degreaser.

Comments:

All items from previous report have been addressed except item 116 noted above (Flooring). Continue to test the dishwasher regularly using test strips and documenting the concentration in daily logs.
