Observation: need utensils in washable container/tray and handles facing out so business ends not touched

Observation: staff washroom needs: toilet paper/paper towels in dispensers

Observation: -need more cleaning and organizing, esp in hard to reach areas (corners, behind/under equipment) -light covers needed and burn out bulbs replaced in: back freezer room, main kitchen area and chocolate room -microwaves need cleaning
