507  Critical Equipment, utensils and food surfaces are washed and sanitized (Sec 17(2))
Observation: The glass washer has now been repaired but it is still not providing 12.5 ppm iodine in the rinse cycle. At the time of this inspection iodine concentration in the rinse water approximately 4 ppm.
Corrective Action: Re calibrate the glasswasher to provide minimum 12.5 ppm iodine. In the meantime use the kitchen dishwasher to wash the glass ware.

Comments:

Follow up inspection.

The following items from the previous routine inspection have now been corrected:
- A new line cooler has been provided in the kitchen. The line cooler maintaining <5 degree Celsius temperature.
- Temperature logs being maintained.
- Thermometers provided in the cooling units.
- No drink bottles or containers observed in the bar ice sink at the time of this inspection.

A follow up inspection required to verify the bar glass washer repairs.
