Observation: Raw chopped onions are stored outside on condiment table.
Corrective Action: These must be refrigerated and can be offered to customers on a per-order basis.

Comments:

All temperatures met regulatory requirements.
Thermometers available in both coolers.
Quat sanitizing solution on site for dishwashing - a spray bottle containing a 200ppm concentration should also be kept on site for sanitizing food contact surfaces. Test strips should be available for checking concentration.
New flooring has been installed in the food service area.
General sanitation and food storage acceptable.
Hand washing station stocked - liquid soap/paper towels.
