The daily testing and recording procedures needs to be reviewed so that a timely corrective action could be taken. As per the daily record sheet the sanitizer concentration measured in the morning was 100 ppm, but no corrective action was taken. Corrective Action: The sanitizer dispenser must be repaired to get 200 ppm quat concentration in the solution. The daily sanitizer testing and recording procedures needs to be reviewed to ensure that a timely corrective action is taken. |
