The island sink: Seal the exposed holes underneath and around the sink, refinish the bare wood with a smooth, impermeable, easily cleanable finish. Also, finish tiling underneath the sink.
The walk -in cooler: seal the floor with a silicone finish to prevent influx of moisture into the floor from between the floor joints.
Seal the floor next to the old beer lines in the kitchen.
Paint all exposed wood with a high gloss finish so that it is easily cleanable.
Plug the holes under the dishwash area
Put protective covers on all lights
Seal the trim to the floor with silcone in the basement
Seal the wood trim with a high gloss paint
Seal the bare wood in the dry storage area with high gloss paint.
