The following items noted (in compliance):
- Fridge temperatures recorded 4C, or below.
- Freezer temperatures recorded -18C
- Thermometers provided inside all coolers
- Dishwasher provided 100ppm chlorine. Test strips provided.
- Clean wiping cloths stored in bleach solution.
- Liquid handsoap and paper towels dispenser provided at handwash sink
- Temperature logs maintained daily
- Damaged floor tiles have been replaced
- Raw meats in refrigerators stored on bottom shelves
- Open packages of dry-goods stored in plastic containers with lids.
