Observation: Some flies observed in the premises. The back screen door does not seal properly to keep the flies out. The front entrance is kept open.
Corrective Action: Take necessary steps to make sure that the back door is properly closed and all the holes are sealed to keep the flies out. Keep the front door closed or provide an self closing screen or air barrier/curtain to keep the flies out of the premises.

The following item from the previous inspection has now been corrected.
A type 1 commercial ventilation hood has been installed.
The food service permit for this facility is being amended to remove the condition of not allowing grease laden vapors. The EHO to drop the new permit on a later date.
