Corrective Action: Operator is working with the service technician to stabilize the cooler temperatures, all foods checked at the time of inspection were < 4 C. Temperature logs must be maintained to monitor temperatures. |
116 | Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment Observation: Light shields are still not present on all lights in food preparation areas. Corrective Action: Light covers have been ordered and should be installed within a one week period. |
117 | Food Handler Training Observation: Owner does not hold a Foodsafe or equivalent certificate. Corrective Action: Owner has now registered to take Foodsafe Level 1 on-line - please forward certificate to the EHO when complete. |

Inspection was conducted to review violations noted on the previous report. Progress has been made on all violations that are ongoing. Items that have been addressed are:
108 - Dishwasher has been serviced, final rinse temperature is now reaching 180 F = good.
