Corrective Action: Refinish/repaint damaged/dirty wall surfaces in back kitchen area.

Corrective Action: Splash Guard for sink is still required. Styrofoam splashguard has been removed.

Corrective Action: Further cleaning is required on storage racks (inside coolers and in dry storage area) as well as the bottom of coolers to remove stubborn build-up.
130   Inadequate Sanitation Plan
Observation: A Sanitation Plan has not been completed and approved for this facility. A Sanitation Plan is required under Section 24 of the Food Premises Regulation. The fine for failing to have written sanitation procedures is $230.00.
Corrective Action: A detailed Sanitation Plan must be submitted by April 1st, 2009.

All items from previous report have been addressed except where noted above. All foods stored properly at time of inspection. All broken items have been removed from the premises.
