No violations were found during the inspection

Comments:

A follow-up inspection was conducted upon request of the operator. A notable improvement was observed in the dry storage area, walk-in cooler and kitchen area. The following observations were made:

1. Dry storage area has been completely cleaned, sanitized and re-organized.
2. Shelves where leaking water had accumulated have been removed and all food containers soaked with water discarded.
3. All foods are stored in pest proof containers.
4. Walk-in cooler has been re-organized, all expired food discarded and all remaining foods labeled with dates.
5. Upstairs kitchen thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
6. Accumulation of food debris under kitchen equipment has been removed.
7. Dishwasher is achieving 71C at the plate as measured with probe thermometer.
8. Some exclusion measures for pest control have been implemented.
9. Discussed measures taken with pest control company to address the problem, on-site meeting scheduled for next week.

Additional work is required in the following areas:
1. Several areas downstairs are not sufficiently sealed off to prevent pest access.
2. Submission of reports from pest control company are still outstanding.
3. Banquet storage room needs to be cleaned and re-organized, removing all clutter and potential pest harborage areas. Thoroughly clean and sanitize all equipment and shelving.

Closure order remains in effect until all items contained within the inspection report dated September 22nd and all items contained within the closure order are completed to the satisfaction of the health department.
