The following items noted at time of inspection:

108. Sanitation logs are being maintained on daily basis.

110.(1) Temperature logs are being maintained on a daily basis.
(2) Open packages of dry-goods are now stored in food-grade containers with tight fitting lids.
(3) Walk-in freezer is scheduled for maintenance/repair. Freezer temperature will be maintained at -18C.

105. Cheese and sliced onions will be maintained at 4C with ice packs. Ice packs to be changes on a regular basis.
