All items from previous report have been addressed. Thank you. Temperatures of all coolers are now monitored and recorded daily. The walk-in cooler and freezer have both been re-organized so that all raw, non-ready to eat foods are separate from and below other foods. Cleaning and sanitizing of surfaces in the pop-syrup storage room has been completed. Premises is serviced by professional pest control.
