Discussed the results of this inspection with Michael,the bar manager.
At the time of this inspection, the pub was closed for business. This is a drinks only establishment. The food is served out of Ciao- Thyme bistro next door. The following items found in compliance:
- The glass washer is providing >12.5 ppm iodine in the rinse cycle.
-Hand washing facilities are satisfactory.
-No signs of any pest infestation observed.
- General maintenance of the bar is satisfactory.
- Drinks only establishment. No other food prepared/cooked.
