No concerns identified at the time of this inspection. All temperatures are meeting health requirements, temperatures monitoring is being done regularly. The dishwasher is sanitizing at >82 Degree Celsius in the rinse cycle and the rinse cycle temperature is being monitored and recorded. All wiping clothes are being stored in the sanitizer solution. Quat sanitizer test strips are available to monitor the sanitizer concentrations.
