Follow up inspection.
The sanitizer dispenser has been repaired/re calibrated. Qaut sanitizer concentration in the spray bottle measured >200 ppm.
Sanitizer test strips have not yet been provided by the operator. A sample test strip given to the operator by EHO at the time of this inspection. The operator to provide quat test strips and start monitoring sanitizer concentration.
