Observation: 1. A paper towel dispenser is required at the hand washing station. The paper towel dispenser currently available requires handling of the paper towel roll with the bare hands making it inconvenient to use it. Direct handling of the paper towel roll may also result in contamination of the paper towel. 2. The food service permit is not posted at a conspicuous location.
Corrective Action: 1.A paper towel dispenser that does not require handling of the paper roll is recommended on the hand washing station. 2. The food service permit with the latest validity decal must be posted at a conspicuous location.

Comments:

Following items observed/discussed at the time of this inspection:
1. The line cooler is running at <4 Degree Celsius.
2. Currently there are not enough employees with the food safe level 1 training to ensure that there is at least one person on site all the times. The manager is not food safe trained. The manager is advised to get food safe level 1 certificate. There must be at least one food safe trained staff working during the opening hours of this establishment.
