Corrective Action: The operator to provide easily cleanable finish on the storage shelves. Target completion date 2 weeks from the day of this inspection.

Corrective Action: All the fridges and freezers must have their own thermometers.

Comments:

The following items have been addressed:

The dishwasher is providing more than 50 ppm bleach in the rinse cycle. Chlorine test strips are available. The operator to ensure that the bleach concentration is monitored and recorded every day to avoid this violation from reoccurring.

The operator to start maintaining temperature logs.

Thermometers are needed in one of the upright fridge in the kitchen and two freezers in the downstairs storage areas.
