Comments:

Routine inspection.
- Refrigeration temperatures are 4 degree Celsius or below.
- Freezer temperatures are -18 degree Celsius or below.
- Temperature logs being maintained.
- Thermometers provided in all the cooling units.
- High temperature dishwasher is reaching >71 degree Celsius.
- Hand washing facilities satisfactory.
- General maintenance is satisfactory.
- No signs of any pest infestation. The back fly screen has now been improved by sealing the fly entry points.
- Food safe certified food handlers available.
- Food service permit is posted.
- Washroom is clean and well maintained.
- Approved sanitizer available to sanitize the food contact surfaces and frequently touched surfaces.

The following item from the previous inspection has now been corrected:
- The fly screen at the back exit door has been improved by sealing the potential entry points.

Because of the lack of air conditioning, the front door of this facility is also kept open during summer. However, as per operator's observation the front door is not an entry point for the flies and therefore the previously observed fly problem will be addressed by sealing the back fly screen door. The fly situation will be monitored this summer to assess any need for fly control measures on the front door.
