Comments:
Inspection conducted to follow-up on items noted on previous inspection reports.
1. The sandwich prep cooler is now maintaining food temperature below 4 degrees Celsius.
2. New grease bins have been placed outside for disposal of oil from deep fryers.
3. Organization and cleanliness within the walk-in cooler has improved.
4. Wooden shelves have been replaced with metal shelving units.
Wooden chopping block is still in need of re-surfacing; work to be completed by March 1/07.
