Comments:

The following items addressed since last inspection (August 11, 2009)
102. Rodent infestation has been abated. All food contact surfaces will be sanitized prior to re-opening (Cleaning and sanitizing tasks were being conducted at time of inspection).
115. Written confirmation from pest management company has been received, that pest infestation in building has been abated. Operator will provide written confirmation that an on-going pest control maintenance contract is in place.
Conditions stated in Closure Order dated August 11, 2009, have been met.

Other items noted at time of inspection:
- Refrigeration temperatures recorded 4C, or below.
- Thermometers will be provided in all coolers.
- Freezer temperatures recorded -18C, or colder.
- Dishwasher sanitizing rinse maintained at 180F.
- Hot and cold water provided at all sinks in facility
- Temperature logs will be maintained daily (for all fridges, freezers and dishwasher sanitizing rinse water temperature).
- Handwash stations provided with wall-mounted liquid handsoap and paper towel dispensers.
- Clean wiping cloths will be stored in sanitizing solution (100ppm chlorine).
- All perishable foods remaining in food premise from before closure date, will be discarded prior to re-opening.
- All foods in premises stored in a manner to protect them from contamination (stored in food-grade containers with tight-fitting lids, or stored in refrigerators or freezers).
- Conditions listed in Public Health Act Order dated July 22, 2009, must still be met (required completion date of November 7, 2009).
- Premise approved to re-open August 21, 2009 at noon.
