Inspection 16/01/04 - no food prep at time of inspection.
Renovation to facility looks amazing!
Opening date 17Jan04 - Good Luck!!!

-Food Safety Plan approved.
-Sanitation Plan approved.

The following areas were also noted at time of inspection.
-refrigeration units, deli display cases, and deli fridges <4C - good!
-freezer to be maintained <-18C - good!
-all coolers well organized and each is equipped thermometers - good!
-wiping cloths are clean, restricted in use, and stored in approved sanitizing solution. Sanitizing solution (200 ppm QAC in an automatic dispenser) with wiping cloths is kept in a separate container, monitored with test strips and changed every 2 hours or in a spray bottle - good!

2.FoodSafe trained personnel must be on site at all times during operation.
