Observation: Some bakery items on display are not sheilded by the existing sneeze guard.
Corrective Action: Items should be moved back behind the sneeze guard, or a larger sneeze guard put in place.

Comments:

General Observations:
- Hand sink supplied with soap/paper towel.
- Sanitizing solution available for food contact surfaces.
- Dishwasher is sanitizing as per manufacturer's specifications.
- All refrigeration temperatures met regulatory requirements.
- Thermometers noted in all coolers.
- General sanitation of premises is acceptable.
- No signs of pest activity noted during today's visit.
- Foodsafe trained staff of site at time of inspection.

The display cooler temperature was slightly above 4C due to ongoing cooling of baked pies. These should be cooled down to room temperature before being placed in the unit to ensure 4C is maintained within the unit.
