Observation: A tray of peanut butter, jam and butter was on the bottom shelf of the island - food items were uncovered and not protected from contamination.
Corrective Action: Tray was moved, staff reminded not to store open food items on bottom shelves that are open to patrons.

Comments:

Hand washing station equipped with soap/paper towel.
All temperatures met regulatory requirements.
Dishwasher measured 71C at the plate during final rinse.
Food storage was acceptable.
No signs of pests.
Sanitizer on site.
