1. A new low temperature dishwasher has been installed; chlorine measure at 100 ppm - good. Rubber mats are needed in the dishwashing area.
2. Temperatures logs for all coolers are available and up-to-date.
3. All cooler temperatures are satisfactory (<4 degrees Celsius).
