Comments:
Following items from the June 23rd inspection report has been corrected:
1. All the food related items has been removed from washroom.
2. A hand soap dispenser has been installed on the washroom sink.
3. Temperature logs are being maintained.
4. Wiping clothes are being stored in the sanitizer solution.
Following items are in the process of being addressed;
The walk in cooler has not yet been repaired. According to the information provided by the operator, it will be repaired in a couple of days. At the time of inspection the walk in cooler was not being used to store any potentially hazardous foods.
