Comments:

This follow up inspection was done to discuss the target completion date for the ventilation related violation observed during last routine inspection. This facility is currently not in compliance with a condition on the permit. The operator has started using a domestic deep fryer to make patato fries and fried chicken when the condition on the permit prohibits producing grease laden vapors in the facility.

The operator Brenda Mendonca agreed to either provide a commercial self container deep fryer or to discontinue deep frying in this establishment before the end of three months period. The deep fryer is currently occasionally used in the facility.

The operator to forward the specification for the proposed equipment to the EHO for an approval. The operator is also encouraged to contact Village of Pemberton building/fire inspector before finalizing/installing the self contained deep fryer.
