Comments:

A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Hand washing station equipped with liquid soap and paper towel.
- Quat sanitizing solution for wiping cloths tested 200ppm.
- Dishwasher final rinse temperature measured >71C at the plate.
- Refrigeration temperatures measured <4C.
- Thermometers noted in all coolers.
- Temperature logs are maintained daily and are up to date.
- Dry storage area is clean and organized, all items stored off the floor and covered.
- No concerns noted with food handling at time of inspection.
- Washrooms clean and supplied.
- Foodsafe trained staff on site at time of inspection.
- No signs of pest activity noted within premises.
- Facility is generally clean and well maintained.
- All equipment is in good working order.
- All surfaces are smooth and washable - except front of shelf supporting hot water tank where FRP is missing - this should be repaired.

- Verify that backflow prevention device next to the water filter is tested at least annually by a qualified person.
