Comments:
The food premise was issued a Public Health Act Order today, with the following requirements to be corrected, on or before April 14, 2010:
1. Disinfection works are to be installed in accordance with the Construction Permit to the satisfaction of the Drinking Water Oficer (DWO).
2. The Boil Water Advisory is to be rescinded in writing by the Drinking Water Officer.
If these requirements have not been met by April 14, 2010, the food premise will be ordered closed, and will stay closed, until written permission has been provided by EHO and DWO.
