Observation: Line cooler is running at more than 4 degree Celsius.
Corrective Action: Fix the line cooler to make it able to maintain below 4 degree Celsius. This line cooler must be equipped with a thermometer and the temperature logs must be maintained.

Observation: There has been a change of ownership since the last inspection. The new owner has not applied for the food service permit.
Corrective Action: Food service permit is not transferable. Please apply for a food service permit with in 2 days from the date of this inspection.

Observation: Temperature records are not being maintained.
Corrective Action: Maintain temperature logs for all the refrigeration, hot holding and freezing equipment.
120  Critical Inadequate food safety training - operator/manager
Observation: Neither the shift supervisor not any other employee has a food safe level 1 training..
Corrective Action: The operator, all the shift supervisors needs to get food safe level 1 certification. Target completion date 3rd Oct, 2009. There should be at least one person with the food safe level 1 training available on site all the times this facility opens for a business.
