Comments:
Some evidence of mice noted in the premises. Ensure that the dry storage area is cleaned and sanitized. Provide traps in this area for monitoring. A re-inspection will be conducted on June 14th, 2012.
The large freezer lid is broken and cannot be easily cleaned. Also some ice cream was noted to be stored next to the raw meat in the freezer. Repair or replace the freezer so that the lid is easily cleaned. The freezer was reorganized at the time of inspection.
The premises is otherwise clean and well maintained. The glass-washer dispensed the required amount of chlorine in the sanitizing rinse and the dishwasher reaches the required sanitizing temperature in the rinse cycle. All protective temperatures of coolers and freezers meet regulatory requirements at time of inspections
