The installation of the new hot water tank is not yet complete. The operator to continue sanitizing the dishes manually until dishwasher is repaired to provide minimum 71 degree Celsius on the dishes during rinse cycle.
The tap on the hand washing station has been ordered but not yet installed.
A follow up inspection in one week.
