110 | Food Not Protected - General Observation: A number of food containers were stored directly on the floor in the walk-in cooler and dry storage area. Corrective Action: All items were moved 6 inches off the ground during inspection. Ensure that containers of food are never stored directly on the floor. |

Comments:
Several foods were sitting out for lunch service, some in smaller portions. A large batch of noodles was cooling and was moved to the cooler during the inspection. Some cleaning has occurred in the dry storage area and around the flour containers. Additional cleaning is required on the shelves next to the dishwasher. The ventilation hood has been recently serviced - the next service date is April, 2010.
