Corrective Action: A sneeze guard or any other adequate method to protect food from contamination by the customers must be provided for the food displayed on the front counter.

Observation: Potentially hazardous food item being displayed on the front counter. As per information provided by the manager, this food item is discarded within 2 hours if not sold.
Corrective Action: A time tracking system indicating the time of display and time to discard for any potentially hazardous items being held at the room temperature should be developed.

In compliance items:
1. All refrigeration temperatures are below 5 Degree Celsius.
2. All hot holding temperatures > 60 Celsius.
3. Temperature logs are being maintained.
4. The dishwasher is sanitizing at >71 Degree Celsius on the dishes.
5. No concerns identified with food storage or handling practices.
6. Hand washing stations are equipped with soap and paper towel.
7. Generally a well maintained facility.
8. Food Safe certified manager present on site.
