Comments:
Routine inspection.
This facility has been extensively renovated since last routine inspection. New floors, tiles and wall finishes have been installed. A new oven and ventilation system has also been provided.
In compliance items:
- Refrigeration temperatures are 4 degree Celsius or below.
- 200 ppm quat sanitizer available out of the sanitizer dispenser.
- Except where otherwise noted in this inspection report, general maintenance of the facility is satisfactory.
- Hand washing faculties are satisfactory.
- Thermometers available in the fridges with perishable foods.
- No signs of any pest infestation.
- Staff washroom is clean supplied with soap and paper towel.
