-High temperature mechanical dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of >71C at the plate surface.
-General sanitation practices: adequate

-Foods in storage were covered and dated

-200 ppm Quats sanitizer was measured in the labelled sanitizer spray bottle.
-A sanitizer dispenser is mounted above the 2 compartment pot sink, sanitizer concentration was measured at 200ppm Quats.

-FoodSafe trained staff were present at the time of inspection. Manager of deli department stated some of the staff was new. The operator must ensure there is at least one FoodSafe trained staff present at all times when the facility is operating.
-Light covers were on all fluorescent light bulbs in the deli area.
-No sign of pest activity at the time of inspection. A pest control company is hired.
