The following items from the previous inspection has been corrected:
- A time control system has been implemented for the fresh cut vegetables.
- Sprouts are now being stored in the cooler.
The following items still need to be addressed:
- The line cooler has yet not been repaired. However, the operator has discontinued using this line cooler to store any potentially hazardous items.
A follow up inspection required to verify the cooler repairs.
