Comments:
The dry storage area and the basement of the premises has been thoroughly cleaned, all the food is now in heavy duty sealable containers. All unnecessary equipment has been removed. Sealing of walls and cracks in walls has been completed along with additional baiting. All contamination by rodents has been removed although some evidence of pest still exists. Thank you for your prompt attention to this item. All other items from the previous report remain outstanding and will be checked in June. Alert staff to the signs of pests and ensure that any new activity is noted.
