Observation: Glasswasher sanitizer bottle was empty at time of inspection.
Corrective Action: Ensure that the glasswasher is checked every morning to ensure that detergent and sanitizer bottles are topped up, the splash guards are clean and that the machine is working correctly. Iodine bottle was changed at time of inspection.

Observation: Boxes of fries are stored on the floor in the kitchen.
Corrective Action: Provide a rack or equivalent to raise these items off of the floor.

Observation: Line inserts for the line cooler behind the grill are running at approximately 10 degrees celsius at time of inspection.
Corrective Action: Most of the items in the line were non potentially hazardous - bbq sauce, jalapenos, pickels, sauerkraut etc. however a few items were moved. Ensure that any non-potentially hazardous foods stored in this unit are turned over within 2 hours or discarded. Contact a repair technician to have this unit serviced,

Observation: Holes in the wall in the recycling area.
Corrective Action: Fix holes in the wall in the recycle area.

Observation: The door to the recycling area is broken and does not shut properly.
Corrective Action: Fix the door and consider using an alternative design that will not be smashed and broken with transport carts.

Observation: Recycling containers are providing a breeding ground for flies.
Corrective Action: Supply a container with a lid to prevent access to the empty bottles. Consider providing fans in this location to stop fruit flies from accessing the recyclables.

Observation: Uncleanable stairway next to the main kitchen.
Corrective Action: Refinish (tile?) the stairway next to the main kitchen.

Observation: Dirty drains in the downstairs storage area underneath the double sink.
Corrective Action: Clean the drains and the area around the drains in the downstairs storage area.

Corrective Action: Remove the ice build up in the downstairs cooler area - consider relocation of laundry area to reduce the condensation and freezing on the walk in cooler.

Corrective Action: Refinish the floors in the downstairs hallway area.

Comments:

All protective temperatures meet regulatory requirements except where noted above. New flooring has been installed in the kitchen as required. Two new coolers have been provided in the kitchen. New floor drains have been provided in the walk in cooler next to the kitchen.
