Inspection conducted by Kelcey Watts and John Pickles at 1550hrs on February 25th.

General Observations:

KITCHEN

1. Hand wash station in kitchen supplied.
2. Staff are foodsafe trained.
3. Temperature logs up-to-date.
4. Walk-in cooler 2C, very full, but well organized, no issues.
5. Prep cooler cabinets 2-4C, inserts 4C.
6. Thermometers available.
7. Sanitizer spray concentration adequate.
8. Dishwasher 50ppm chlorine in final rinse.

BAR

1. Accumulation of food debris and water under the sink is contributing to a fruit fly problem. Verbal directive given to clean thoroughly over the weekend.
2. No paper towel at hand washing station - corrected during inspection.
3. Glass washer iodine concentration 12.5ppm.
