Limited amount of food service is being done from this facility. The frozen patties/ rolls are baked in the oven and displayed in the hot holding unit. The left over cooked patties are cooled down and labelled to sell as a refrigerated item. The operator is advised to include "keep refrigeration" sign on the label. Please ensure that the person responsible for handling handling patties is Food Safe certified.
