Comments:
Follow-up inspection conducted to review items noted on September 3, 2013 inspection report.
The following items have been addressed:
- No concerns noted with room temperature storage of potentially hazardous foods.
- Inserts are no longer stored in the prep cooler due to temperature control issues.
- Containers used to store bulk foods have been washed and sanitized.
- All food containers are stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
- All frozen food portions are labeled with dates.
- Condensate is properly controlled in the brown cooler, no cross contamination concerns.
- The wire shelf above the prep line in the kitchen now has a proper cover: durable, non-absorbent and washable.
- Premises has been thoroughly cleaned top to bottom.
- Proper use of bleach was discussed during today's visit.
- All items not required for operation of food premises have been removed.
- Clutter has been reduced.
