Comments:

This follow up inspection was done to meet with the operator of the Umiak Foods who is currently renting a portion this facility to bake food items for the Farmer's market.
The operator confirmed that all the items being baked at this facility by Umiak Foods are low hazard in nature and are exclusively sold at the Whistler and Squamish Farmer's markets.

At the time of this inspection sausage rolls were being hot held in the display unit.The internal temperature hot holding temperature of the sausage rolls more than 60 Degree Celsius.
